We are a small, family run, bakery set in the North Kawartha district of Ontario. We offer fresh baked bread from our wood fired outdoor oven. Our focus is naturally leavened sourdough breads, many based on traditional recipes. As much as possible we used locally grown and produced ingredients. Most of the flours we bake with are stone ground at Merrylynd Farm. 8 am to 6 pm. - 7 Days a week. You can also phone ahead to see if we have what you would like on hand and we will reserve it for your pickup.
